Vanessa Leite is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic development, brand storytelling, and high-level fundraising. As the Senior Director of Development, Vanessa brings a wealth of expertise in building sustainable contributor programs and leading national marketing campaigns that drive organizational growth and community impact.

Throughout her career, Vanessa has served in pivotal leadership roles, including Executive Director for a national non-profit foundation. Her professional hallmark is her ability to bridge the gap between organizational mission and stakeholder engagement, utilizing data-driven donor management and creative advocacy to secure vital resources for the causes she serves. A graduate of Bay Path University, she holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Communications, a foundation that fuels her passion for mission-centric leadership.

Outside of her professional life, Vanessa is deeply rooted in her community and her faith. She is an active member Christ Community Church, where she finds great joy serving on the Praise and Worship team and participating in various ministries. Above all, she is the proud mother of her son, Marcus, who currently works at UMass Dartmouth.
