Advocate for Legislation

The Boston CASA program is a well-established nationwide model.

Research suggests that 95% of the children who have been assigned CASA volunteers tend to spend less time in court and less time within the foster care system than those who do not have a CASA representation. Judges have observed that CASA children also have better chances of finding permanent homes than non-CASA children.

Help Boston CASA make meaningful progress in educating our leaders about the importance of volunteer advocacy for the nation’s most vulnerable children.

2023 First Annual CASA Legislative Appreciation Day honors Senator Chandler (retired) in appreciation of her zealous advocacy on behalf of CASA for more than three decades.
